The South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Health and Wellbeing Hub is a 24/7, 365 days-a-year free resource which supports staff across the system to look after their mental health and wellbeing:

This confidential service, provided by Vivup, will not share or disclose any personal details or information with your employer or line manager. Vivup provides fully qualified practitioners to assess and refer (where appropriate) to a wider multidisciplinary team.

Some of the reasons why you might visit the Hub include: bereavement, stress, managing anger, relationship issues, anxiety, or trouble sleeping.

The Hub provides a wide range of resources:

    • This will offer an immediate triage appointment to assess the next step in terms of self-help, workshops or counselling.
  • Self help
    • Workbooks including anxiety, stress and sleeping problems
  • Webinars
    • Range of themes including burnout, trauma and managing expectations via the Training Hub booking site and with recordings available on the main website
  • Videos
    • Including compassion fatigue, moral injury and anxiety
  • Podcasts
    • Including mindfulness, self-care and breathing exercises

The Hub is part of a much wider range of mental health and wellbeing support being made available for staff.
